Concerns about the H1N1 flu vaccine have led some parents to decide not to vaccinate their child. If parents refuse to vaccinate their child with the H1N1 or another vaccine, even after discussing its advantages, is it ethical or not ethical to dismiss the child as a patient, provided that they are given plenty of notice to find another physician?
